PRODUCT IS THE WAY MASTERCLASS SERIES
Fall in Love With The Problem, Not the Solution
Wicked problems. These are the reasons we have some of the most exciting businesses and products in the market today. When the right lenses are trained on wicked problems, there are magical results. One of the common misunderstandings about extraordinary product cultures is that they are so good at building solutions. The truth is, product is focused on identifying and attacking the wicked problems that impact the user. This is why the product mindset, one that focuses on the problems, is at the core of the most innovative business cultures and successful careers.
The Product Is The Way Masterclass Series for The Room is designed to bring a laser focus on the ways to infuse the product mindset into your teams, your business, and your career. Chidi will introduce frameworks and fundamentals that are credible business and career firestarters, in a dynamic and interactive environment covering a number of topics that will give MasterClass attendees powerful insights and instruction, exercises and real life case studies that will be critical to ramping up the product mindset.

I believe that those of us who are privileged enough to be educated, healthy, and part of powerful networks should not be doing easy things. The only way to justify our privilege is to do the hard things that society demands of us — to solve tough problems and create opportunities for others. I launched The Room to bring the most ambitious ‘doers’ together to do these hard things that will change the world. I welcome you to be a part of our story and join this global community as we make history together.Fred Swaniker
