About the TOPIC

As leaders, we have to be able to engage with those around us and inspire them to better themselves and achieve the collective goals of the organisation. Often, we wish we could shift the behaviors of our teams and turn them into more engaged and dedicated team members. We sometimes think the solution is on the outside and that the other person has to change in order for things to get better. Yet, you would be amazed by the results you can get when focussing on understanding your own habitual ways and how those can affect the people you lead. In other words, one of the most effective tools in our arsenal as we lead others is self-awareness.

Learning how to be more self-aware and how to build your relationship with others goes a long way in making us effective leaders and helping us grow.

In this interactive workshop exclusive to The ROOM, we invite you on a journey within with the leadership coach, author, and member of The ROOM, Penny Handscomb.

Penny will give us some tools to unlock leadership excellence by creating awareness on our habits and leveraging self-awareness.

We have only 40 slots available for this workshop, so registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Register now to ensure that you do not miss out, complete the event form and book your calendar for the 30th of March 2022.

MESSAGE FROM

Our Founder

I believe that those of us who are privileged enough to be educated, healthy, and part of powerful networks should not be doing easy things. The only way to justify our privilege is to do the hard things that society demands of us — to solve tough problems and create opportunities for others. I launched The Room to bring the most ambitious ‘doers’ together to do these hard things that will change the world. I welcome you to be a part of our story and join this global community as we make history together.
