Factor(e) Venture Studio

There are exceptional entrepreneurs and talent across Africa that can deliver scalable solutions to development challenges across the continent. These businesses often lack access to the resources and support needed to scale their ventures and grow their impact.

This is one of the main reasons that ROOM member Lyndsay Handler, together with other experts from diverse industries, is starting a venture studio in partnership with Factor[e] Ventures. The main focus of this studio will be to help entrepreneurs on the continent to build and grow their startups by providing the initial team, strategic direction and capital for the business to reach product-market fit. These new businesses will be at the forefront of creating solutions in the energy, agriculture and mobility sectors.

The team from Factor[e] will be hosting a webinar and information session in partnership with The ROOM on 19th July 2022 starting at 4:00 pm GMT / 7:00 pm EAT. They will engage with other members of The ROOM community and discuss why it is important to invest in technology to build high-impact ventures that address the greatest climate and income inequality challenges in Africa.

If you are an entrepreneur, work at an early-stage business, or are interested in African development and mitigating climate change, then you cannot afford to miss this event. Register now to book your spot and prepare to learn more about how the Factor[e] Venture studio plans to help spur development and positive change on the continent.
