We provide personalised matching with a member who fits your preferences, experience, availability, and personality, ensuring a vibrant and potent connection. We also pair you with a Junior Pathfinder who personally offers administrative and technical support.

STEP 5

Pathfinding Engagement

You’ll meet with your mentee at a regular cadence, deepening your connection over time by providing ongoing guidance and reflection.

STEP 2

Gathering & Learning

Attend an intimate gathering with our founder, Fred Swaniker, and other potential Pathfinders to learn more about the role and the impact it has on the lives and careers of our Members.

Workshop Session

Before commencing your engagement, you and your potential member will meet to ensure you both feel that the relationship will be a fit.

Our Founder

I believe that those of us who are privileged enough to be educated, healthy, and part of powerful networks should not be doing easy things. The only way to justify our privilege is to do the hard things that society demands of us — to solve tough problems and create opportunities for others. I launched The Room to bring the most ambitious ‘doers’ together to do these hard things that will change the world.
