TIME

1:00 PM - 2:00 PM EAT

The Pathway, hosted by Fred Swaniker (one of Time Magazine’s 2019 ‘100 Most Influential people’), welcomes outstanding global leaders to share the pathways of their success with the next generation of innovators, disruptors, entrepreneurs and leaders from around the world.

The Pathway aims to demystify the road to success by uncovering the milestones, failures, relationships, and untold serendipity that has enabled the trajectory of the world’s greatest leaders.

This week, Fred will be sitting down with Reeta Roy, President and CEO of The Mastercard Foundation, one of the largest private foundations on the planet. A thoughtful leader and a passionate advocate for the world’s most vulnerable, Reeta’s determination comes from her own family story of hard work and migration. Under her leadership, the Foundation has focused its work on Africa and committed more than $2.6 billion to advance education and financial inclusion.

It is most fitting that Reeta will be Fred’s final guest for 2020, providing some meaningful food for thought to take us into the holiday season.

This is a conversation you don’t want to miss!

MESSAGE FROM

Our Founder

I believe that those of us who are privileged enough to be educated, healthy, and part of powerful networks should not be doing easy things. The only way to justify our privilege is to do the hard things that society demands of us — to solve tough problems and create opportunities for others. I launched The Room to bring the most ambitious ‘doers’ together to do these hard things that will change the world. I welcome you to be a part of our story and join this global community as we make history together.
